AUTHORIZATION FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING.

Guests’ personal data shall be used by VILLA ROSSINI in observance of the principles about privacy protection established by the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30th June 2003 and other laws in force. This processing concerns the personal data sent by the guest asking for information or estimate or derived from visiting our web site. VILLA ROSSINI submits the personal data to all treatment operations established by the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 i.e. collection, registration, organisation, preservation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilization, interconnection and each useful operation to provide guests with requested services mostly through computerized modalities. Personal data could also be organized in data banks or archives. In particular, the personal data processing are aimed at: a. giving information and/or sending communications about services; b. making provision for all book-keeping and tax executions; c. determining tort feasors only in case of requests by the proper authorities. In case the guest should consent, VILLA ROSSINI: d. undertakes responsibility for never giving guests’ data to third parties; e. checks the service’s quality and can also offer services after the service sale; f. sends advertising communications and information about products and initiatives. The guest can access to the data concerning him/her whenever he/she wants and can exercise his/her rights described in the Section 7 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003. Personal data are divided in two categories: compulsory and optional data, as it results from the practice to ask for information. Compulsory data conferring and processing for the above-mentioned aims are strictly functional to the services’ realization. If the user or subscriber refuses to give his/her data or to consent to the data processing, it would be not possible to make use of VILLA ROSSINI’s services. Other collected data help VILLA ROSSINI to improve its services. The guest can decide to offer optional data or not. VILLA ROSSINI informs that, according to the Section 7 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, the data subjects shall have the right to: a. be informed of the presence of the data processing concerning him/her; b. be informed of the owner and person in charge data; c. obtain from the processing person in charge: confirmation of the presence of his/her personal data, communication of his/her data and its origin, methods and aims about processing; d. cancellation, changing into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in transgression of the law; e. updating, correcting and integration of data; f. certification that the above-mentioned operations are bought to the knowledge of whom received the data; g. oppose, totally or partially, to the data processing; h. modify the consent opposing later, totally or partially, to the data processing aimed to the business information, i.e. marketing research, business communications and similar others.
