The Deluxe Apartment has just been renovated, and is the first of 3 apartments set in a typical Tuscan stone and brick. It is equipped with all comforts such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, independent heating and has its own entrance, a large living / dining room very bright and comfortable, a large modern kitchen with a screen TV satellite antenna and a sofa bed. The rooms of which one double and one twin are on the first floor accessible by a beautiful staircase in iron and wood.
